The father of murder accused Oscar Pistorious has said in an interview, they keep guns because the ANC government fails to protect white people. He was quoted as saying:

“Some of the guns are for hunting and some are for protection, the handguns. It speaks to the ANC government, look at white crime levels, why protection is so poor in this country, it’s an aspect of our society,”

Here’s the interesting part, it is reported that the Pistorious family owns a total of 56 guns, in my opinion that’s more like “let’s start a war” than for protection.
The second and most important part is THE ANC DID NOT PULL THE TRIGGER, his son did so he must stop trying to find a scapegoat for his son’s actions.

I am black, in 2010 a group of armed men entered our house, tied us up and got away with the family car and everything in the house. Yes it was an unfortunate incident but at no certain point did we resort to blaming the government, the police maybe for not responding on time but realistically speaking, blaming the government would have been a stretch too far then and it is a stretch too far in this instance.

Yes, it is easy to blame government for many of the things that go wrong in our lives, I do it all the time, just the other day I couldn’t find one of my socks and I blamed the government, Rihanna’s lack of vocal talent, that’s the government’s fault too but in the end Mr Pistorious senior will have to accept that his son shot and killed someone, then let the courts decide his fate.
